Penis Enlargement Exercises - The Head Squeeze

How To Get A BIG Mushroom-Shaped Head Penis

This is an advanced exercise and should only be done by men who have been doing the basic penis enlargement exercise routine for at least a month.

To engage in The Head Squeeze exercises, simply follow these step by step instructions:

* First make sure you have done warm-up exercises.

* Get about a 50% erection and then make a tight 'O' grip with your left hand at the base trapping the blood in. Next, take your right hand and do an overhand 'O' grip (i.e. - so its a mirror image of your left hand - little finger closest to head).

* Squeeze tight with your right hand first finger and thumb and hold for 5 seconds, next, close your second finger around your shaft too. Wait 5 seconds and then close your third finger. As you close each additional finger, your head will start to expand big time as the blood is forced upwards.

* Finally close your little finger and squeeze your whole hand tight - your head will be HUGE. Hold for as long as possible and then slowly release your hand being sure to keep your left hand base grip in place.

* Slightly loosen this grip and pump your PC muscle to pump some fresh blood into the shaft, tighten it off again and repeat the whole process again with your right hand.

* Do around 10 reps of this (i.e. 10 lots of hand tightening at about 30 seconds each one). Keep your base grip tight throughout the exercise and be sure to pump fresh blood in after each rep.

Your head will be huge for ages afterward. Do as many as you like for the big gains. It is possible to increase head size dramatically from this exercise.

The Jelq Also Called "Milking"

The Jelq penis enlargement exercise is a common practice used by men in order to help stimulate greater penis size, girth, and fullness. As this occurs, the multiplication of the cells gradually results in an overall larger and fuller penis size.

Results from Jelq efforts should be noticeable in just one month of daily exercise. These efforts can be continued for several months to continually experience benefits. This gorges the cells and when they are repaired they are able to hold a lot more blood. The Jelq exercises can be done either sitting or
standing.

This exercise must be preceded by an appropriate warm up. Start with a partially erect penis, then grasp your penis between your finger and thumb using the 'OK' sign (refer to pictures below) thus trapping all loose blood in your penis. Firmly move your fore finger and thumb down the penis pushing the blood into the head of the penis, similar to how one would milk a cow. The general concept is: the more blood accumulates the thicker and larger the head becomes.

Starting with your preferred hand (in this case the right hand) milk downwards from the base towards the tip, as your right hand nears the head grab the base with your left hand and release your right hand as you reach the penis head.

Follow the same procedure again, this time milking with your left hand and grabbing with your right - a sort of pass-over system with a continuous “milking” motion. This gorges the cells and when they are repaired they are able to hold a lot more blood. For a FREE complete beginner's penis

Safety Cautions for Jelq Exercises Although Jelq exercises have been shown to be safe and effective, men should adhere to strict cautions / precautionary efforts:

* Always warm up prior to exercise
* Apply lubricant, such as sexual lubricant or baby oil, to the penis and hands.
* The penis should be semi-erect prior to Jelq exercises.
* Never exercise with a fully erect penis
* Do not squeeze too hard during exercises
* Do not allow either hand to “milk” the head of the penis
* Always warm down after exercise is complete
* In the first week, do not perform more than 100 Jelq strokes in one day

Note: If you experience red blood spots at the end of your penis after a workout don't worry this is perfectly normal and they should disappear after a few days. Some people will NOT see red blood spots. This does NOT mean you are doing the exercise wrong.

Now, take your penis firmly in your hand and pull the penis to the right. Pull it to the right until you can feel a pressure on the left side of your penis. Hold it for 10-15 seconds. Repeat the exercise 4-5 times. Afterward, massage the head to restore circulation.

After you have completed this, repeat the exercise only this time pulling to the left not the right.

Don't worry if you feel a good amount of stretch - this is normal and healthy. If you have a foreskin then pull this back then do the stretch so you are stretching the penis and not the skin. Take your time in progressing- being too adventurous could result in unwanted injury. The exercises should be performed for either the desired number of reps or the allocated time. Penis Enlargement Exercises -The Warm Up

Always Warm Up & Warm Down

Most penis enlargement exercises provide men with enhanced girth and length benefits by increasing the blood flow to the tissues of the penis. As blood flow is increased, the penis is simultaneously often stretched or exercised in order to boost the multiplication of cells to the penis region. As cells are multiplied, the penis gradually becomes larger, fuller, and bigger. Prior to engaging in any penis enlargement exercises, however, men should always warm up in order to avoid unnecessary discomfort, pain, and/or injury.

The warm-up is ESSENTIAL. You should never leave the warm-up out of your routine as this will lead to gains being minimal. It is also a good idea to finish off a workout with a "warm down" which would be, for example, the procedure below repeated. A thorough warm-up not only helps with the effectiveness of your exercises but also helps prevent against injury by promoting greater blood flow.

To perform this warm-up you will need a cloth or small towel and access to warm water. Firstly find an ample sized face cloth. Wet it with warm water until it is soaked through and hot, but still manageable. Then wrap the cloth around your penis and testicles. This may feel strange and slightly painful, but this ends quickly enough and is easy to get used to.

Keep the cloth in place for 1 minute. When 1 minute is up run the cloth under the hot tap and repeat the procedure once again holding it for 1-2 minutes. If after the 2-3 minutes you feel you are ready to exercise, continue with your workout. If not then re-apply until you feel loose enough to continue with your workout.

By applying warm and moist heat to the penis, the blood vessels around the penis are more open and the region becomes increasingly relaxed. With these benefits, the penis will become more receptive to enhancement efforts.

Warming Down

When engaging in penis enlarging exercises, individuals should always practice both warm up and warm down activities to prevent injury and increase recovery. Warm up and warm down activities are fairly similar, as the main goal for both of these efforts is to apply heat to the penis and genital region.
