The PC muscle is the muscle that you squeeze to stop the flow of urination. The PC
muscle is basically your ejaculatory control muscle and pumps when you ejaculate. Most

It is a good idea to perform this exercise at the beginning or end of your penis

Sit down and obtain an erection by manual stimulation and sit with your back straight.
Tense your PC muscle so your penis jumps up for 3-5 seconds and then let it rest again,
this would be called one rep. When first starting off with this exercise you may notice that
your erection disappears as you do the workout, this is normal and you should only
restimulate when you go below 50% erect.

Performing 100-400 reps of these a day will give you an extremely strong PC muscle.
You can exercise the PC muscle anywhere - even on the way to work while driving. As a
beginner its good to start slowly with 50-100 reps a day and slowly build up to the 400

Can't find your PC Muscle?
For a man who wants to learn how to perform Kegels, the first step is locating the
PC muscle. Here’s how: Some time when he has the urge to urinate, he should sit on
the toilet with his legs spread, start to urinate, then try to stop the flow.
(The PC muscle is the one he squeezes to do this.) After restarting the flow, he
can practice stopping and restarting the stream of urine. It may take several
attempts to actually isolate the PC muscle–the buttocks muscles have a tendency
to kick in if the legs aren’t kept wide.

When a man has familiarized himself with the sensation of contracting the PC muscle,
he’s ready to practice holding the contractions. He should first try holding a contraction
for several seconds three or four times a day. Over the next few weeks, as he continues
doing Kegels, he can gradually increase the time of the contraction until he is holding it
for 10 to 15 seconds. Next, he should alternate these Kegel holds with a series of short,
quick contractions. Doctors recommend that men gradually work up to a daily
routine of 100 quick PC contractions and five holds.

After experience and practice, men should boost their effort by holding their
PC muscle for as long as one can. A good “goal time” is 2 minutes.

How Often Should I Engage in Kegels and PC Muscle Exercises?

One can engage in Kegels and PC Muscle Exercises at anytime throughout the week.
Typically, a man should strive to engage in these activities at least 3 times a
week; however, more practice may help stimulate greater benefits.

Men should be sure to gradually work their way up to the more challenging exercises
in order to prevent any strain or discomfort. By slowly boosting the power of one’s
PC muscle, men will gradually experience greater sexual stamina, ability, and control.
